An exchange unit (or exchange service) is a service that we offer to our clients so that instead of having what to expect for the repair of your part, allows us to offer you a part already remanufactured, ready to work.
Choosing this service, if we confirm that we have the same reference (or compatible) and the payment is completed (payment and deposit), we will proceed to delivery in 24h / 48h
This service, necessarily entails the payment of a deposit NOT included in the displayed price , you will receive an email requesting said payment or You can do it through our " Virtual POS " with the amount specified in the product sheet.
The exchange service is offered in order to offer you an anticipated part already repaired, so that you have the shortest possible waiting time for its repair, for this reason we ask that the part that you return to us, arrive in normal conditions of a defective part.
Since we have to have a large stock to be able to serve all the units, the exchange is carried out with strict rules.
To recover the deposit, the unit that returns us must meet these requirements:
- The returned unit must not have deformations, breaks, bumps, or missing parts.
- It must not have suffered water damage, or overvoltage.
- There must be no manipulations that increase our repair cost.
- The unit must be returned within 15 days of receipt. < / strong>
For the return of the piece, you can send it yourself or request the collection and we will deduct the cost of transport from your deposit.
To request a repair, you must place your order through our website.
After placing your order, you will receive several emails, one for welcoming you and another indicating that you must send us the part to be repaired or wait for its collection if you have contracted the "Collection and delivery" of your shipment .
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will proceed to add it to our repair queue, where once your turn has arrived we carry out several initial tests in our Test Bench that tell us if the piece has any default, since we can simulate its operation by altering various parameters as if it were installed in the car.
Once we have verified that there is a problem with the part, we proceed to the contracted repair. Once the repair is finished, we perform the tests that guarantee its operation again when you install it back in the vehicle, after this, we send it back so that you receive it as soon as possible.
