Clause 10.

(Products and / or Services)

1. The products and / or services provided by the Company under the terms and for the purposes of this contract are aimed at professionals in the automotive field and in the trade of products of this nature, thus they are essential products and tend to be technical and intended for professional use.
2. The products and / or services referred to in the immediately preceding paragraph must, by their technical nature, be handled by competent and / or trained individuals for the purpose now recommended by the Company.
